He is a registered Advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), a certified Administrator/Receiver registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and a member of the Indonesian Trustees and Administrators Association (HKPI).Benny possesses extensive expertise in the field of commercial litigation, covering Criminal and Civil Law, Trademark and Copyright Disputes, Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), Insurance, and Arbitration.His non-litigation expertise includes drafting Legal Opinions, Debt Restructuring, Debt Settlement, and conducting Legal Audits with banks and inter-corporate entities. This expertise has been acquired through years of practice, providing legal consultation and assistance to both corporations and individuals at several prominent law firms.Benny has previously served as legal counsel for Prof. Dr. Otto Hasibuan, S.H., M.M. in a PKPU case and held the position of Senior Lawyer at Otto Hasibuan & Associates, led by the Chairman of PERADI.He is frequently appointed by clients to act as a bridge in debt settlement negotiations between debtors and their creditors. Efendi Pasaribu, S.H., M.H.

Efendi Pasaribu, S.H., M.H., is a distinguished former judge with decades of experience in the Indonesian judiciary. Born in Tapanuli Utara, North Sumatra, on March 4, 1958, he served with integrity and excellence across various levels of the court system, culminating in his final post as a High Court Judge at the Makassar High Court. He holds the honorary civil servant rank of Pembina Utama (IV/e) and earned both his Bachelor and Master of Laws from respected Indonesian institutions.Following his official retirement from the judiciary, Mr. Pasaribu joined BHP & Co. as Of Counsel, where he continues to contribute his deep legal insight, particularly in the areas of judicial review, civil litigation, and legal ethics. His long-standing judicial career, marked by fairness and clarity in decision-making, brings a unique and valuable perspective to the firm’s strategic legal counsel.With his extensive understanding of court procedures, jurisprudence, and judicial philosophy, Efendi Pasaribu now supports the firm in complex legal analysis and mentoring younger lawyers, strengthening BHP & Co.’s commitment to legal excellence and principled advocacy.

Gregorius Raka Byantara, S.H. (Raka) is a dedicated legal professional who began his career at Law Office BHP & Co immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University in 2023.
